Do you need a sworn translations from English to German or from German to English for submission to an authority or court in North Rhine-Westphalia? Then you’ve come to the right place. As a translator for the language pair English & German, authorized by the Oberlandesgericht Hamm [Higher Reginal Court of Hamm], I am a professional translator specialized in translating documents of all kinds such as certificates, commercial register entries, contracts, driving licences, etc. My translations are not only valid in North Rhine-Westphalia, but you can also use them for official purposes throughout Germany. I cooperate with the Municipal Integration Centre, Kreis Olpe, the local authorities, including the police. In case you need a legalisation of my signature, this is not a problem, as my signature is on file at the Landgericht Siegen [District Court of Siegen].

Basically, the translation of all documents to be submitted to authorities, departments or courts needs to be a sworn translation and must therefore be done by an authorised translator. If you have any doubts regarding this, please consult the relevant authority and ask whether a certified translation is required and whether your document requires an apostille, which also needs translation. Marriage certificates, birth certificates, certificates of conduct, last wills, school leaving certificates, university degrees, etc. usually require an official/certified translation by an authorized translator. After viewing your document requiring translation, I will be happy to make you an offer which is in any case non-binding.

Basically, I need a digital copy (PDF) of the relevant document. Feel free to upload it on my website under “Contact” or send me a scan via email. You will receive the certified translation comfortably to your German address. For customers from Kreis Olpe, Gummersbach or Siegen, it is possible to pick up your completed documents personally, which can be very helpful in very urgent matters. In addition, you will receive a scan of the certified translation by email. Your information will of course be treated confidentially.

In addition to my work as an authorized translator, I also work as a community interpreter and will be happy to support you at appointments with authorities, offices, kindergartens, schools or the police. Together we overcome all language barriers.
